Registration of a Family Enterprise (JV) in the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Consultation in the field of taxation and individual costing;
2. Search and reservation of the firm name of the enterprise;
3. Preparation of the application in "State services Centre";
4. Preparation of a protocol / decision of the meeting of founders;
5. Preparation of acts of acceptance and transfer in the formation of the Statutory Fund;
6. Development of an individual package of constituent documents;
7. Payment of state registration fee;
8. Manufacturing of a stamp, requisite stamp and a corner stamp (Austrian COLOP R40 on automatic equipment);
9. Registration with the Tax Inspectorate and selection of the taxation procedure;
10. Preparation of primary documents (orders, labor contracts with employees);
11. Opening of a current account in a bank;
12. Maintenance of notarial certification;
13. Preparation and submission of Form 8 to the Tax Inspectorate;
14. Obtaining an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) from the Tax Inspectorate (now it is given in State service Centre);
15. Obtaining a key from the bank and training the use;
16. Registration in the Halk Bank (Peopels Bank) in the system of individual accumulative pension accounts (INPS);
17. Application and access (codes) for sending monthly electronic reports to the Halk Bank (Peopels Bank);
18. Preparation ofdocuments for obtaining INPS book for the employees of the enterprise;
19. Receipt of labor booklets at the labor exchange for employees of the enterprise;
20. Preparation of accounting policy in accordance with NAS 1;
21. Preparation of safety instructions;
22. Drawing up a regulation on wages;
23. Preparation of a lease contract, an act of acceptance and transfer to a non-residential premises, taking into account the requirements of legislation;
24. Staffing.

The activities of the family enterprise are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Family Business" of April 26, 2012,
